Therapy for Moms of Young Children

Motherhood is exhilarating and exhausting! As a fellow mom I know firsthand just how exhilarating and exhausting navigating the chaos of raising little ones can be. From the endless diaper changes to the never-ending chorus of "mommy, mommy, mommy," the struggle is real. Sometimes it becomes isolating and overwhelming chaotic all at the same time. You don’t have to feel alone and overwhelmed. Together we can grab a cup of coffee (or two) and enter into a supportive and understanding space to navigate the challenges and celebrate the joys of motherhood.

Things we can work on together:

Parenting Challenges: Tackling the unique struggles of managing tantrums, sleep regressions, picky eating, and the constant demands of childcare.

Emotional Well-being: Coping with the rollercoaster of emotions that come with motherhood, including feelings of isolation, overwhelm, mommy guilt, and postpartum depression or anxiety.

Self-Care: Juggling the never-ending to-do lists while struggling to find time for self-care amidst the demands of young children, household chores, and possibly balancing work responsibilities.

Relationship Dynamics: Navigating changes in relationships with partners, including division of parenting duties, communication breakdowns, and maintaining intimacy amidst sleep deprivation and busy schedules.

Identity and Self-Worth: Balancing the shift in identity and sense of self as a mother, while also seeking fulfillment and maintaining a sense of individuality amidst the all-consuming role of caring for young children.
