Birth Trauma Reduction Plan (B-TRP) - Prenatal
Birth can be unexpectedly traumatizing and isolating. Whether it's your 1st or 3rd, come prepare for birth in community. You will leave feeling empowered, bonded, and prepared to take on whatever birth and motherhood throws at you.
This course is suggested for birthing individuals at 20-26wks of pregnancy
