Seeing What’s Unspoken:
Therapy That Tracks Your Patterns
You will be seen, challenged, and supported through the real transformation of motherhood, whether you are just starting to question things, deep in diapers, or navigating slammed doors and bigger emotions.
I don’t medicalize motherhood or treat it like something to fix. We start with what is happening right now and let that guide us. When something deeper is there, we go there. When it is not, we do not force it.
The way I work is not random. I am paying close attention to you, to your patterns, your reactions, and what is happening beneath the surface. My work is guided by both my training and a strong instinct for what is really going on, even when it is not being said out loud. The approaches I draw from help me support real, lasting change where you feel most stuck.
Parts-based therapy (Internal Family Systems / IFS)
You know that moment when you snap at your kid and immediately think “whoa, that wasn’t me”? It wasn’t. Not all of you anyway.
We all have different parts doing different jobs. The one that worries. The one that keeps everything running. The one that shuts down when it is all too much. In our work, I help you start to notice those parts as they show up in real time. We get curious about them instead of fighting them. That shift alone can change everything.
Somatic therapy and Brainspotting
Your body holds information your mind has not fully processed yet. This is especially true for birth experiences, postpartum seasons, or moments that felt overwhelming at the time.
I pay close attention to what is happening in your body during sessions, often catching things before you have words for them. When talking is not enough, I use Brainspotting, a brain-body approach that helps process what insight alone cannot reach.
Relational and intergenerational work
A lot of what shows up in motherhood did not start here. Family patterns, early relationships, and the way love was modeled all shape how you show up now.
Together, we begin to notice those patterns as they play out in your present life. Not just where they came from, but how they are still moving through you. From there, we start to shift them consciously, before they get passed down.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Anxiety and perfectionism can pull you so far from what actually matters that you lose sight of it completely.
I help you reconnect to what actually matters to you and notice the places where your life has drifted from that. From there, we begin closing that gap in ways that feel real and doable.
The practical side of therapy
Sometimes this work is very real and very concrete. Practicing a hard conversation. Finding the words for a boundary. Trying one small thing differently this week.
I will meet you in those moments too. Not just in the insight, but in how this actually plays out in your life.
